Tom Frank is currently serving as chairman of the Twin Falls Community Foundation. A resident of Twin Falls since 1975, Tom has grown deep roots in the area through his community involvement. His wife is a local Certified Public Accountant and beekeeper, who is also extremely involved in community causes. Their son is a career soldier in the army, and they are grandparents to 3 girls.

Gale is a Former Mayor and served as a City Councilman for 17 years. He is a Research Professor Emeritus for the University of Idaho and is currently serving as Vice-chair of the Middle Snake Regional Water Resource Commission. He retired in 2013 after 30 years of service with UI and has been a Kiwanian since 1985.

Dennis received a BA in mathematics from Whitworth University. He became a recreation supervisor and director with the City of Twin Falls. He is a current board member of the Twin Falls Optimist Club, served on the Idaho Recreation and Park Association, a board member for the Boys & Girls Club, and for the Magic Valley Arts Council.

After graduating with a BS Cum Laude in Finance from Utah State University, she began a 23-year career in financial advising. Amy is a member of the Kiwanis Club and supports various charities throughout the year. She is very active with her husband and 2 kids and enjoys traveling, the outdoors, camping, and hiking.

Lance graduated with a B.A. in economics from California Lutheran University in 1969. He held a 20-year career in the banking industry. In 1990, he became a self-employed personal financial advisor, retiring after 20 years. In 1993, he was elected to the T.F. City Council and served 5 terms, including 6 years as Mayor. He is currently in his 6th term as a Republican for the T.F. District Representative in the Idaho House of Representatives, where he serves as Chairman of the Business Committee. He and his wife enjoy traveling, church, and spending time with their 2 daughters, their husbands, and 5 grandkids.

David graduated from BSU with a Bachelor’s degree in English writing. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Concordia University School of Law in Boise. While in law school, he interned for Idaho Estate Planning, where he developed his passion and knowledge for Estate Planning. He also participated in the Housing Clinic, where he represented tenants in landlord-tenant disputes. David serves on various boards, including the Boys & Girls Club of Magic Valley and the Twin Falls Community Foundation. He enjoys being involved in the community with his wife, Kellie, and their children.

Tato emigrated to America from Colombia when he was 19. He became a US Citizen shortly after moving and graduated with an Electronic Science degree from Texas A & M. has served on many boards and associations including TF City Planning and Zoning commissioner, board member for the Xavier Charter School, Capstone Missions and Advisory board, Assistant Scout Master for the Boy Scouts of America, Unity Alliance of Southern Idaho, TF Impact Fee Committee Member, Canyon Rim Trail Parkrun Co-Chair/Organizer, TF Chamber Ambassador and Communication Committee Co-chair, and more. He and his wife are also active with the CSI Foundation and the St. Luke’s Foundation, among others. He has two children attending college in Idaho.

Jan currently serves as the Executive Director of the Southern Idaho Economic Development Organization (SIEDO). She is a frequent speaker at national and regional economic development conferences and served 10 years on the board of directors of the International Economic Development Council (IEDC), retiring in 2020. She also served as past president of the Idaho Economic Development Association and has been awarded the 2018 Women of the Year and 2020 ICON awards from the Idaho Business Review.

Paula has practiced law and community service in Twin Falls since 1980, serving multiple terms on the Boise State Public Radio Community Advisory Board, Twin Falls County Parks and Waterways Commission, Twin Falls Parks and Recreation Commission, Magic Valley Arts Council, and Magic Valley Symphony. She performed with Twin Falls Municipal Band for 22 years and is principal horn with the Symphony. She is one of the founders of Twin Falls Community Foundation and has served on the Board since its inception. She lives in Twin Falls with her fun husband, Jim Ricks, and rambunctious goldendoodle, Snickerdoodle.

Terry is the founding Chair of the foundation. He has lived in Twin Falls for 33 years. He was the previous owner of Integrated Technologies, Inc., where he is now employed. He also serves as a board member for the Historic Preservation Committee for the City of Twin Falls, is a member of the Twin Falls Rotary Club, Past President of the TF Area Chamber of Commerce, TF Rotary Club, and the Snake River Council of Boy Scouts of America. He has also served as a partner for Aspen Consulting Group, Inc., and Road Work Ahead Construction Supply, and as a past Mission President and Temple President for his church. He enjoys riding his ATV, fishing, reading, and touring. He has been married for 52 years and has 5 children, 22 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren

Born in Sun Valley, Idaho, during the period when the Sun Valley Lodge served as a United States Naval Convalescent Hospital, Leonard moved with his family to Twin Falls in 1953. A graduate of Twin Falls High School, he continued his education at Idaho State University.
In August 1972, Leonard returned to Twin Falls and immediately became involved in the retail clothing business in downtown Twin Falls. Shortly thereafter, he was elected Chairman of what was then known as the Downtown Merchants Association, demonstrating an early commitment to local business development and community leadership.
Over the years, Leonard has remained deeply engaged in civic and philanthropic efforts. He is a past Chairman of the Twin Falls Community Foundation, a member of the Magic Valley Estate Planning Council, and a Legacy Leader with Business Plus. A dedicated member of the Kiwanis Club for 43 years, Leonard also serves on a homeowners association board in McCall and continues to participate actively in volunteer and community service initiatives throughout Twin Falls.
